Complete 100% recovery is still being formulated but this protocol is believed to stop the spike from doing more damage! Some side effects may not be 100% recoverable, like myocarditis, brain injury, stroke, heart damage, tremors (although Pierre Kory is working on this).
The K.I.S.S. Section
This is an evolving spike-detox protocol from Dr. Peter McCullough.
These are OTC supplements, no drugs.
If you are already taking prescription meds, check to make sure the supplements are ok to take with and timing. Most supps are ok to take with most meds, but good to double-check.
Do the following every day.
★ ★ Essential 4 Supplements ★ ★
Bromelain 500mg 1xday Helps to breakdown the spike protein (which is what causes the trouble)
Nattokinase 2000 FU 2xday on empty stomach. This proteolytic enzyme dissolves excess proteins in the blood. Hal takes am and pm. Must be empty stomach or the enzymes don’t work properly.
Curcumin 500 mg 2xday Curcumin fights inflammation, here’s an article I wrote on it.
Aspirin at least 1 325mg/day. I take 2 (750 mg), Hal takes 3 1075 mg). See below for how to take.
★ ★ WHAT They Do ★ ★
Nattokinase dissolves excess proteins in the blood. Many other positive health benefits as well.
Aspirin is an anticoagulant (aka blood thinner) that works to prevent the blood from clotting. Blood clots are one of the major side effects and has killed lots of people.
We take aspirin everyday. I take 2, Hal takes 3. Excellent for reducing inflammation.
Did you know that if boomers took aspirin everyday, we would live so long we’d break the pension system? Yep: read this and reach for the GeriCare :)
HOW TO TAKE ASPIRIN TO MINIMIZE ANY STOMACH UPSET: dissolve aspirin in 1/4 Cup water — it dissolves quickly. Once dissolved, blend with frother, then add 1/2 tsp baking soda. This helps buffer the aspirin to protect your stomach. When the fizzing stops and water is clear (about 20 minutes), drink the clear water leaving the residue at bottom (that’s the fillers, GeriCare has the least that we know of).
Good overall study conclusion: “Aging of the stomach and duodenum is an important but poorly understood area of gerontology. In older people, the major causes of mortality and morbidity are cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, gastrointestinal cancers, and dementia. Understanding how aspirin reduces risk in these diseases and whether or not older people are intrinsically at risk of side effects because of age-related changes in gastrointestinal physiology should allow greater numbers of older people to benefit from the risk reductions associated with taking aspirin. Research in this area could be translated directly into the clinical setting and potentially make a real impact upon the quality of life of older people.”
Do/Don’t
DO get Sunlight! Not just for vitamin D but for building the life force!
DO NOT engage in strenuous physical activity until you know whether or not you have developed heart trouble. This will require a couple of blood tests.
If you have other recommendations, please share and I will add — you can comment below (I am notified) or hit reply if you got this in your email. Thank you!
Recovery
Get healthy, you all, then stay healthy. Lose fat, exercise (does not take much), eat clean*, and take supplements (particularly brain supplements). 2023 could be a very tough year emotionally & stress-wise. You need to be physically well and strong to weather it.
Besides, I NEED YOU around!!! Yes, totally selfish.

The Spike Detox & mRNA Recovery Protocol
Hi Sally, I am interested in knowing what outstanding probiotic you recommend. When I click on your link, it takes me to a registration page and not a description or the actual product. Can you please provide more detail?
Thank you! For how long should someone follow the protocol? Is there any research on how long it takes for nattokinase, et al. to thoroughly eliminate the spike protein?
