We are using glycine in place of collagen but I should add that to the list -- does all the same stuff and has glycine in it, thank you!!! Fermented veggies are good for the gut as long as they are "well done" and chewed thoroughly. Sauerkraut and kimchi are basically raw so not soft and might tend to not digest all the way. Beet kvass on the other hand -- amazing for everything :)
And what's with the diverticulitis epidemic? I've never heard of so many at once!
Of course, duh, I will add that in from Banerji! I need to get my head back into homeopathy. Funny, when I'm home, that's the first thing I go to. But it eludes me when I blog sometimes.
Thank you Sally for your frank talk and wisdom on this issue.
Collagen is a LIFE SAVER!
I, also, know several people who are recently struggling with diverticilitis. So tough!
Where do fermented veggies fit into the recommendations? Eat? Or stay away from?

Yeah, strange right...?
I have no idea other than the usual suspects.... 🧐
Homeopathy can work wonders for diverticulitis.
