There are two basic items included in all kits: the GutHealth Digestion & Microbiome Support (your probiotic, prebiotic & digestive enzymes) plus two boxes of CleanTox Herbal Detox Tea (cleanse for liver & kidneys).
You’ll see there are 5 steps to complete your customizing. Click the green “Continue” button lower right.
Choose an English or Spanish info booklet. Click the green “Continue” button.
Choose TWO bags of protein. I love the Chocolate, Vanilla & Coffee, get whatever looks good to you. If you get a flavor you don’t like, you can exchange it! The new “SimplyFit” versions have zero added sugar with 1 net gram of carbs. The “regular” flavors are still very low carb with 8 net grams and have been part of the successful 30 Days program for years — again, pick what looks good to you. Click the green “Continue” button.
Choose TWO boxes of Fizz. I love all the flavors and usually have an open box of each in my cupboard! I don’t even look at which flavor I’m drinking, just grab one and go :) Click the green “Continue” button.
Choose TWO from this page. I HIGHLY recommend the Greens and the Cleanse. If either is out of stock, then the Destress Calm. I’m not a huge fiber fan but that’s just me! Click the green “Continue” button.
