Pure misery. You want this gone, right? Here you go. You want to do all 3 of these:

#1 Take D-Mannose 500 mg (1 cap) every 3 hrs for 5 days to treat. You can actually take 1-3 caps every 3 hrs for the first couple of days. You won't OD and, if this is a bad one, you might need to really attack it! One to 2 caps/day for maintenance. Get D-Mannose on Amazon here or this is usually readily available at your local grocery stores and health food stores!

#2 Take a good probiotic to replenish the good bacteria. You want good bacteria to overwhelm the bad :) This is mine: ryanoh.itworks.com/shopping/item/327 (Ask me before purchasing so I can make sure you get the best deal.)

#3 Drink a cup of water with 1/2 tsp baking soda to get rid of the burn, it can work fast. Do 2x day, am & pm, for 3-5 days.

Other Helpers - don't hesitate to add any of these!

Boric Acid Suppositories for UTI - read the reviews! amzn.to/2IGENev

Burning Relief: for immediate relief, use a vinegar and water disposable douche with 15-20 drops of GSE liquid. Use once, then repeat in 12 hours.

GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract) amzn.to/2GHqoNU

No Help?

95% of UTI's are E Coli based. If after 48 hours the D-Mannose does not respond (even with a higher dose), then it might be a different type of bacteria. Let's talk and see what will work for you. Still all natural, supplements, no drugs but there are limiting factors and an individualized approach is warranted!
