There is absolutely NO WAY I will EVER do a coffee enema again. I hate enema to begin with. I did it twice. Worst thing I ever did. Not only was the experience more than extremely unpleasant, but I developed a craving for coffee. Since I hate the taste of coffee, I started eating a half pint of coffee ice cream a day. I put on fat. Lots of it. When I saw what was happening, I stopped eating the ice cream, but the damage had been done. I cannot get rid of the weight. That was decades ago. There are other ways to detox the liver. Enemas are NOT NATURAL. God gave us NATURAL ways to manage our health. Stick with God's remedies.
I hear you and I'm so sorry you had that experience!!! I love them and they are remarkable for the liver. Since every alternative cancer doctor recommends them, I will continue to also. Your comment is here for everyone to note your experience! Thank you.
Interesting question. Thanks for asking. I can certianly see why you are intense about this issue. Of course, liver cancer is the end result of a long chain of liver dysfunction.
You're welcome! We all do many of these things, but our environment is so full of toxins that are almost impossible to avoid that sometimes it is simply not enough. And we will all succumb to something. No matter what we do.

Thank you for your very gracious response!
I'd love to hear your liver detox suggestions! My husband died of liver cancer and liver health is really important to me.

Please note that coffee enemas can cause electrolyte imbalance, which is very serious.
