Since we are living well past 50 in this here millennium, let's do everything possible to keep our bodies as strong as our spirits. The young 'uns are going to need us around.
At 54, I'm taking charge of my health and dragging my husband (60) and two teen boys (17 and 18) with me. Please: come along for the ride!!!
I'm passionate about Food Freedom, so we'll get a little political from time to time, and Vibrant Health. Not just good health (although that is welcome), but robust and rosy, looking-forward-to-waking-up-tomorrow, hop out of bed (ok, maybe hopping is out, but feeling like hopping, definitely in) Vibrant Health. I know it's available to anyone who is willing to go after it. I am* and I love a parade: join me! Hats and kazoos welcome.
• Traditional Foods • Exercise (necessary evil) • Organic Foods free from pesticides, hormones, antibiotics • Supplements when necessary (although the goal is to get nutrition from good food) • Cleanses • Weight Loss • Thyroid Function (an issue of particular concern to me) • Emotional Health • Sexual Health & Aging • And other topics of interest as they appear on the horizon!
