I'M SO EXCITED!!! I'm going to the WAPF conference in November 💥

The food is always amazing, the speakers are EXCELLENT (The HighWire with Del Bigtree, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, Stephanie Seneff, so many more)! Plus the fellowship is just so so fun, and we get to hang with the staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes... I can't wait 🧚‍♂️

Join me!!! https://www.wisetraditions.org/

If you like real food grown as nature intended, support the WAPF (click Join in the red menu bar). The ENTIRE PURPOSE of WAPF is to educate farmers & consumers on a healthy diet based on science and ongoing research (which the WAPF helps organize and fund).

I'll never forget the day I heard about the organization. We were in a gringo ice cream store in Costa Rica (we lived there for 5 years). There was a brochure on the table that said "Butter is a Superfood"... Wait, what??? We couldn't believe someone had the audacity to promote such a crazy idea.

Well, we started researching and jumped on the path to real food. We are completely blessed to have found such a fabulous organization and to learn so much. I'm a KY chapter leader, a volunteer position, and my only duty is to keep a list of real food farmers to help connect them with consumers. 💯

What is real food? Food grown as close to nature as possible, no pesticides, no GMOs, grown/raised using organic practices, as cleanly as possible.
